Manual: In this manual I talk about the importance of good leadership and a healthy loving relationship between church family and their pastor.  As well, the responsibility of the 5-fold ministry offices as leaders in the Body of Christ. I do not have all the answers but the ones I do have will be a blessing to you. 

Here is a short preview: If the development of our personal life falls behind the strength of our gift, our  ministry will not be as enjoyable. Personal, spiritual development must run side by side with the strength of our gift. If the gift gets stronger than the foundation of the Word on which we are to build the house of our life, there will be a faltering.  When the storms come, our personal life will fall while our ministry seems to flourish, at least for a moment. The Word is the foundation for everything we do, not the gift that we walk in.
