The vision that God gives a pastor is much too large for him to fulfill by himself. Included in God’s plan are the right people to help him fulfill that plan. They are anointed people full of faith who are willing to come along side him and commit to the vision he was given. These people are the sheep, bell-sheep and the sheepdogs of the local church.
