John 3:3, 5 (KJV) Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. When you become born again, eternal life is yours. Jesus said in John 10:10, “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” We can see that He is talking about two kinds of lives. The first one would be eternal life—our life reconciled back to the Father through Jesus Christ. Eternal Life becomes yours when you become born again. It’s not enough to attend church. It’s not enough that your parents are born again. You must be born again to enter the Kingdom of God—to be a part of His family. Jesus is the door into salvation and the door into all of the promises after salvation. He is the door into health and healing and the door into peace and joy, protection and prosperity. There is so much more to Jesus than most realize. He is not just our Savior after this life; He is our Savior in this life as well.
